While I am pleased with both the umbrella and the base, it appeared that the base looked green on-line. Upon further review of the description of the product, it was described as black. I would have preferred that the base was green to coordinate with the umbrella.

Looks like a terrific product. Assembled with market umbrella easily & seems impervious to weather. We shall see, but I am happy with purchase up front.

Excellent base, much better than the ones available at the local Home Depot. Very heavy and provides great support, even for a free standing umbrella, without a table for additional support.
