Average Rating: Rating: - Storage at its best!! I ordered the "Suncast DB5000 Deck Box" for our pool area. We had floats, balls and other pool "toys" all over our deck area, it was getting out of control!!! The deck chest easily solved our clutter, with all the space it has....and it also looks great!! The construction is very solid and I also think it will hold up for quite a few years!! Thank You! A satisfied customer! Rating: - Not big enough for chair cushions This deck box definitely isn't big enough for a set of chair cushions. It fits at best two cushions very snug. However, its great for other things like toys and anything else on your deck that you'd like to keep from the rain. Its a nice and compact box for all items except for cushions. Very easy to assemble. Rating: - Very useful deck box -- but too small for big patio cushions We purchased the Suncast DB5000 Deck Box over a year ago. I'm pleased to report that it has held up to the Houston heat, humidity, and rain extremely well. This is a great box for storing all of those "miscellaneous things" that tend to clutter one's patio. Only one disappointment: we recently purchased patio furniture, and this box is not big enough to hold any of the cushions. So if you are thinking about buying this for patio cushions, be sure to measure your cushions FIRST and compare it against this box's inner dimensions. But in terms of functionality, and keeping things neat and waterproof, this box is a wonderful asset!!
