Average Rating: Rating: - A Great Idea and a Great Coffee Maker! This really intrigued me and I was worried that it was just a gadget that would become unused and ignored. I was wrong! What a great idea that really makes great coffee -- and QUICK! The cups clean really well and the handy idea of making it directly into the travel mugs, allows you to put cream and/or sugar in the cup before brewing -- thus allowing for even more time savings! FAB! Rating: - Just used it for the first time... Really cool coffee maker! My husband and I don't have time to drink coffee at home in the morning, and I have tried brewing regular coffee and pouring it into travel mugs, but it takes so much time! This coffee maker is an ideal solution.... I found that the two mugs were filled almost identically, unlike another reviewer noted. Maybe that was a defective unit? The coffee is very tasty, and it did brew very quickly. I like the fact that the stainless steel mugs are plastic inside. Although it may not keep it warm quite as long, mugs that are stainless inside tend to develop an off flavor after a while. I don't think that this will happen with these mugs. The only reason I have given this machine 4 stars instead of 5 is that it should have a timer. A real time saver would have taken that into consideration. I think I may buy an exterior timer, the kind you can use with lights, and fix this problem myself. This coffee maker will save us money, because my husband and I both tend to buy coffee at work if we don't get it at home. He gets his from the awful vending machine! Thsi will definately be a tastier option. If you are busy in the morning but enjoy your coffee, buy this coffee maker. You can even put the water and the grounds in the machine the night before, so all you have to do is push the on button before you take your shower. Very cool. Very happy. Rating: - Quality and Simplicity By no means am I a coffee maker expert and that's the beauty of it... There are no complex settings, timers, or gadgets to this machine. You just put enough water in for 1 or 2 cups and if there are 2 cups, it will drip into both simultaneously. I'm kind of a gadget geek, but this one got me not with bells and whistles, but with design. You should get this coffee maker on its coolness factor alone. The bonus is that it brews great coffee.
