Average Rating: Rating: - Label Impossible to Remove I wish I would have thought of Goo-Gone before attempting rubbing alchol, soaking and fingernail polish remover. Now the mugs are full of water which I can't get out! And yet, the label still remains... Rating: - Not Hot This mug does not keep your coffee warm at all! It looks like other insulated mugs, but does not work the same. After only 20 minutes or so, the coffee becomes room temperature. Don't purchase this mug if you need one that will keep your beverage warm for long periods of time. On the other hand, it looks nifty, so if you just want a cool looking mug, this works great! Never had a problem with ours getting water inbetween the insulating layer. Always run it through the dishwasher... Rating: - You got me through the morning! ...I can finally have some coffee safely in the morning as I wait in rush hour traffic! This is a sturdy, nice 16 oz. cup that fits in my SUV's cup holder, but also has enough rubber molding so that it stays put when I place it on the hood as I struggle to leave the car! I do wish the paper would come off, but it's a small price for a great mug! Didn't think I could get so excited about a mug, ha!
