The inside coating of the nonstick is thick enough that you can feel the texture by rubbing your finger over it. I love the fact that they have the raised rings underneath to keep even heating. The utensils that come with it are nice, too. They have nice clear lids so you can view your food while cooking. This is my first set of Farberware, and I am very happy with them. Rating: - Easy cooking, Easy Cleaning, Easy Stacking I love this. I recently had a gas range, but moved to a new home and now have an electric one with different sized burners. I needed something in my price range, that could accomodate the different sized burners. It cooks food evenly, washes clean with a papertowel and suds, and stacks very nicely in my cabinet. I was really getting tired of making so much noise scrambling around to find different sized pots. Plus they are dishwasher safe, so I could just toss them in if I wanted to. They were delivered very quickly after ordering.
