Average Rating: Rating: - Very versatile! We received this as a gift, and have made great use of it. It is very easy to use: just put a tortilla on the bottom, scoop some filling (ground beef, chicken, cheese, vegetables, etc.) into the pockets, put a tortilla on top, and close the lid! It makes perfect, light-golden-brown quesadillas every time. The triangular quesadilla sections are easy to break apart and remain sealed (i.e., they don't leak the filling). We have found that it is able to make quesadillas more than fast enough to keep up with the consumption requirements of a family of four (unlike a typical waffle iron, where you are always waiting for the next one). Leftovers are great to snack on or put in a school lunch. It is extremely easy to keep clean and is very durable. Rating: - I THOUGHT it would be good I read reviews and thought this would be a great item, but I was disappointed. I ended up returning it for a different piece of equipment. I was very disappointed. Rating: - Nice addtion to any household This product works really easy and I am a guy that can cook and all I did was follow the directions and the quesadilla's came out brown and warm and the clean-up is simple too. So if you have the basic skills of cooking in the kitchen you should have no problems working this appliance. The only thing you need to worry about is finding the right tortilla's to fit the pan and if you accidentially spill over the edges( talking from experience the clean up is easy with a wet damp cloth) I hope this helps you in buying this product
